New to CrossFit?

You will participate in individual or small group classes, focusing on bodyweight movements, practicing proper mechanics and learning barbell basics. In each session, we will review your range of motion and various scaling options to get you moving safely. Weโ€™ll teach you about our functional movements, emphasize proper technique and youโ€™ll get a sweaty, kick-ass workout too.
