Ingredients
- โช๏ธ1 cup egg whites
- โช๏ธ3/4 cup pumpkin puree
- โช๏ธ1 scoop high quality vanilla protein powder
- โช๏ธ2 tbsp milled flax
- โช๏ธ2 tbsp organic honey
- โช๏ธ1/8 tsp ginger
- โช๏ธ1/4 tsp nutmeg
- โช๏ธ2/3 tsp cinnamon
- โช๏ธ1/2 tsp pumpkin spice
- โช๏ธ1/4 tsp baking soda
Directions
โช๏ธMix pumpkin and egg whites very well, then add in the honey
- โช๏ธMix all dry ingredients together (ie: protein powder and spices)
- โช๏ธHeat pan to low-medium heat and coat with coconut oil (spray)
- โช๏ธPour batter to make 4-5 inch round pancake
- โช๏ธOnce there are bubbles, flip and cook the other side
- โช๏ธPancakes are done when golden brown

Ingredients:
-1 whole Onion chopped
-2-3 cloves garlic, minced
-1 14.5 oz can reduced sodium chicken broth
-1 jar salsa verde
-1 14.5 oz can reduced sodium diced tomatoes
-1 4.5 oz can diced green chilies
-1.5 tsp chili powder
-1/2 tsp dried oregano
-1 tsp ground cumin
-1/2 tsp salt
-2 15 oz can corn kernels, drain and rinsed
-2 15 oz can white beans, cannellini, drain and rinse
-4 large (appx 2-2.5 pounds) chicken breastsMaking the Roux:
-3 tbsp butter
-3 tbsp almond flour
-1/2 cup reduced-fat milk
-4 oz Heavy whipping cream
-1 tsp chicken boullion
-1 tsp black pepper
-7 oz plain Greek yogurt small container
Instructions:
1. Place the 4 raw chicken breasts in the bottom of the crockpot, cover with all of the spices on top, then throw in the rest of the ingredients before the cream base roux.
2. Cook on low 6-8 hours. One hour before serving, melt the butter in a saucepan over medium heat, slowly whisk in the flour and allow it to bubble and brown a little. Appx 3-5 minutes. Next, whisk in milk, cream, chicken bullion, yogurt and black pepper. Simmer another 4-5 minutes.
3. Pour roux mixture into crockpot. Shred the chicken with two forks and allow the sauce to thicken while cooking on low for another hour.

-1 large head of fresh cauliflower
-1 cup chicken bone broth (240 ml)
-2 cloves garlic crushed
-2 oz heavy whipping cream
-1/2 tbsp butter
-salt and pepper to taste (optional)Instructions:
1. In a food processor, pulse the cauliflower head into small rice sized pieces
2. Pour 1 cup bone broth into a saucepan and the riced cauliflower
3. Add crushed garlic
4. Allow to cook for 20 minutes in a saucepan until soft
5. Add cooked cauliflower back to the food processor to whip
6. Incorporate two ounces of heavy whipping cream and ยฝ tbsp butter
7. Season with salt and pepper to taste
8. Enjoy!

Ingredients:-2 pounds organic chicken breasts
-1/2 cup spicy brown mustard
-2 tbsp organic honey
-1 cup pecans
Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees
2. In a mixing bowl, whisk together honey and mustard
3. Place pecans in food processer and pulse until the nuts are finely chopped
4. Pour chopped pecans in a large mixing bowl
5. Trim fat off chicken breasts
6. Remove any excess moisture from the chicken breasts with a paper towel
7. Coat chicken breast with mustard-honey mixture then place in the chopped pecan bowl
8. Coat the chicken breast with pecans
9. Place crusted chicken breasts in glass baking dish. Bake for 25 minutes or internal temp of 165 degrees

-1 pound 90% fat free ground turkey or ground sirloin
-2 eggs
-1/2 cup almond milk
-1 packet low sodium McCormick Meatloaf Mix
-1/3 cup chopped veggies (celery, peppers, onions)
-1/3 cup panko
-A pinch of Fresh basil
Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees
2. Mix all ingredients together
3. Evenly proportion into muffin pan (makes 10-12) and bake for 18-22 minutes

3/4 cup Almond Flour

1 tbsp Maple Syrup
1/4 cup Dark Chocolate Chips
Instructions:
Blend: all ingredients except chocolate chips. Fold chips in last.
Divide into 4 servings of 90g each.
Refrigerate several hours or overnight.
